Great location close to Tanzhaus West, just a short stroll away 🚶. Amazing service and the queen room we booked was affordable. It even had a microwave for our convenience. The kids quickly dozed off, thanks to the cozy atmosphere here.

No slippers. Not very comfortable sofa (extra bed). It was noisy (the windows were facing the road). Far from the nearest shop.

The staff here was really nice and took good care of me. the room was cool, had a comfy sofa bed, and a modern style that I liked a lot. the shower was pretty strong and got the job done 💦.

The rooms were well-equipped and brand-new, including comfortable beds, an electric kettle, climate control, and a sofa bed. The breakfast served at the hotel was marvelous and fantastic, offering good food at a reasonably priced.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Upto two chlildren can sleep free in the sofa bed -:). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay at this facility.

The breakfast here is amazing with a wide variety of delicious choices, including excellent gluten-free options for everyone.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a place to spend the night after attending a Bruce Springsteen Concert at the Commerz Bank Arena. The information on your website indicated that the hotel was only 2 plus kilometers away from the Arena. The problem was that the distance provided must surely have been a straight line by air. By taxi, the round trip to the arena amounted to 60 Euro. Highly recommend that you adjust your distance information to reflect "Driving Distance". If you has provided such information, I would have booked the Holiday Inn which is in walking distance to the arena. One more thing - I would have expected that an American Based Hotel Chain would provide CNN Cable Television. There was no CNN.
